This mobile app allows you to lock or unlock your Glass City Visa debit and or credit cards with a single touch, view transaction history, make or pre-schedule a payment to your credit card, and much more!

“Manage Card” Portal in Home & Mobile Banking

Enjoy the convenience of viewing your debit and credit card transactions, statements and more, while you are using Glass City Home or Mobile Banking.

To visit the “Manage Card” Portal while using Glass City’s Home or Mobile Banking system:

• • Click on “Cards” in the Navigation Menu
  • Then, click on the “Manage Card” button

All Glass City Debit and Credit Cardholders are automatically enrolled in an Advanced Fraud Alert service for optimum card fraud protection. This service allows cardholders to quickly receive emails, mobile phone texts and interactive phone calls when fraud is suspected – giving the cardholder the opportunity to confirm the legitimacy of transactions.

• Important: To make sure fraud alerts are received, cardholders are encouraged to update their profile information (in Home or Mobile Banking or by visiting a branch), to ensure that their current phone numbers and email address are on file.

• If you receive a card fraud alert by phone, text or email about a suspicious transaction, we ask that you respond immediately to let us know whether the transaction is legitimate. You only need to respond “Yes” or “No.”

• Please note: Glass City FCU will NEVER text, call, or email you asking for personal or account information, or usernames, passwords or security codes.
