I want to enroll in Home or Mobile Banking but I do not have an email address on file at Glass City FCU. Can I still sign up?2022-10-29T16:08:04+00:00

Upon creating a username and password in either Home or Mobile Banking, you will receive a verification code that will be sent to your email address that is also on file with Glass City FCU. Therefore, in order to establish Home or Mobile Banking, you will need to visit a Glass City branch and provide your email address to a staff member. You will then be able to complete the steps to enroll in Home or Mobile Banking.

What accounts will I be able to view/have access to upon signing in to either Home or Mobile Banking?2023-05-08T16:46:16+00:00

When you sign in to Home or Mobile Banking, you will see all of your accounts (including all that you are designated as a single or joint owner). Therefore, unlike the former Glass City Home & Mobile Banking systems prior to June 30, 2021, there is no need to have multiple usernames and passwords for your multiple primary accounts.

What about accounts that I am listed on as a “Joint” owner?2023-05-08T16:46:20+00:00

All accounts in which you are a single or joint owner all show up under your own username and password.

Upon being one day past due on my loan, why is Home & Mobile Banking showing that I owe two monthly payments?2023-05-08T16:44:42+00:00

Your current month’s loan payment is due on its monthly due date; however, if your payment is not made by the actual due date, our new system shows it as late. Please be advised that only your current monthly payment is due. The next month’s payment is not due until its actual due date. Depending on when you make your loan payment, the amount of assessed late fees may vary.

Can I download my Glass City account transaction history into Quicken?2022-11-17T18:43:47+00:00

You can download your Glass City FCU account transaction history into either the Quicken or Mint financial management programs. Please note if you used Quicken in the past for your Glass City accounts, it is best that you now set up a brand new account profile for these accounts. Due to Glass City’s system upgrade in 2021, it is advised not to attempt to link your previous Glass City profile to these programs. Further questions or assistance needed?
